Please help me how to construct circle in the plane with a point by center and radius; circle with a point by center and point in this circle.

I make file aa.sgt and then I use tool "locus line" .... Bug!
I want to make it look like this file GSP.

Point on circle maked locus but when point move on circle then trace of locus and locus don't move with it. Why? Can locus move in InRm3D ?

即多个约束点带动一个轨迹点的轨迹，实际上本问题即为一例。包括弹簧的构造。实际上就是轨迹法构造空间曲线。
